Al's Gourmet Falafel and Fries

Here's CJ getting ready for the noon-hour rush.  Al's is located across the road from the Salt Spring elementary, middle and secondary schools and is very popular with the kids.  I wonder why?  It's also a popular stop for hungry visitors at the market on Saturdays.  I've been meaning to sample the falafel for a long time and will soon.
CJ very kindly gave me permission to post a photo of him.  He's also a photographer, so I told him a bit about blip.  Maybe a new member?   :)
