"Bridge of the barefoot"

We took the Vaporetto from the hotel to St. Mark's Square so we could take in the views from the canals.  The buildings are just stunning and we had perfect blue skies. The Square was busy with tourists and selfie stick sellers so we just sat and took it all in. We visited Saint Mark's Basilica and then took a long stroll through the city streets stopping for a late lunch.
