#1 son cooked/prepared an impressive roast chicken salad with cider vinegar and whole grain mustard vinaigrette, flavoured with thyme and garlic, smoked bacon, green beans, tomatoes, crispy chicken skin and lots of other bits and not a leaf of lettuce to be seen!
