Goldfinch

I didn't have a decent blip for today.

Daughter has been studying and Hubby fears a cold is immintent.  (I think he just wanted to spend the day watching Star Wars). I had a bit of a potter in the garden.

I decided to put out some pumpkin seeds to see if I could get a shot of the little mouse. However, while I was hoping for the mouse to visit this goldfinch stopped by the feeder. I think it is the first time we have seen one in the garden and certainly the first one I have taken a photo of. 

So, still a little boring but a first.
