Boat Builder

A relaxed morning breakfasting with Andy and Shirley; followed by a walk by the river and around Richmond.  This boat builder's hut under one of the bridge arches caught my eye - it looked a treasure trove of tools and spare parts.  Outside there were various wooden boats being fixed.  The riverside was busy with people enjoying icecreams and morning coffees in the sunshine.  I returned to Hampshire late morning and spent the rest of the day doing the garden.  It is now raining which is handy as I have sowed some grass seed to try to fill in some of the bare patches in the 'lawn'!
