Away for the weekend with friends in Suffolk. The morning dawns with heavy rain but , hey, we are intrepid so its off as planned for a day by the sea. Out to the dramatic skyline on the point down by the docks. I asked the angler if he could look like he was actually fishing rather than just standing around. He asked me if I was from the Tourist Board but I had to tell him there was no money in it.

15 seconds later he caught a fish. In fact, looking at the photo he is reeling it in as I snapped. A Dab apparently but to be thrown back because it was a bit on the small size. Good for him ( the angler, not the fish). But perhaps also good for the fish.
