Ministry of Funny Walks.

We don't usually have starlings in our garden but there was a gang of them hunting worms on the lawn this morning.
This one is doing his best John Cleese impression.
Couldn't sleep last night so I was up with the dawn. Maybe that's why I saw the starlings. It could be a regular thing with them and I never see them 'cos I'm in bed.
Anyway, at 6.15 the first rays of sunrise reached out from the rooftops revealing a cloudless sky and the promise of a nice day. We could do with one after the last few miserable days.

Writing this at 10.30 and it is looking very good indeed, though it's still pretty nippy.
