Mono Monday - Birdwatching Tower

Very cold and windy morning. Climbed up to the tower, but could stay there only for a short time. Saw whooper swans, mallard, goldeneyes, smews and a curlew. - The lenght of the day is now 17 hours and 43 minutes and the depht of the snow is here 78 cm. I suppose that Posio is now the most snowiest place in Finland. The neighbouring municipalities have only 40 cm and the other half of our country has no snow at all.
