Just the right size

Another final class presentation pictures for work. This time, "afternoon at the farm", an experience for kids put on by senior level students in Animal Science department. They did a splendid job. One of the groups invited to participate were the families who home school their kids. I never realized just how many people choose to do so around here. Is it because they believe the public schools are not good enough? Is it because they want to teach their kids religion as they go? Because they object to evolution and sex education? Why else do people choose to home-school their kids?
