Musical Day

A wonderfull mix of music today, spent the afternoon at the Ballydehob Jazz Festival, great songs accompanied by fantastic dancing from Coco. Then off to Bantry for a concert in St Brendons church with Re, a relatively newly formed band, they were brilliant, a little taster here. Seamus Begly playing a polka in the wild West Kerry tradition had me wanting to get up and dance a set! This is Eithne Ni Chathain and Liam O Maonlai's daughter in the background, she played a tune for us on the whistle.
