The story of two chairs

There is a narrative here.
 
These two seats under the camellia bower are made for a couple, possibly two lovers.
 
But where are they? If you look closely you will see it’s raining.
 
P.S The truth is the chairs were placed there in hurry following a big clean up yesterday in preparation for next Sundays Open Gardens in our town.
