Cinco de Mayo Celebration on May 3rd

I got up early.  Made breakfast,  Walked Buddy.  Was ready for church.  Decided to take a quick 5 minute nap that lasted 2 hours.  Glad I go to  the church in a pub later so that I can at least say I went to church  today.

Walked into the city center with Debbie for brunch,  At Sundance Square, cyclists were finishing up the MDA 150.  This event is  where cyclist get people to pledge a sum to the Muscular  Dystrophy Association for each mile they ride.

On the way back, I stopped to listen to a mariachi band playing for the Cinco de Mayo festival.  These kids are from the University of Texas at Arlington.  I really get into mariachi music.

Then downstairs, the tavern is having a crawfish boil.  For those that don't know  what a crawfish is, they are cockroaches on the lakes and ponds in this  part of the world.  People boil them in spices along with sausage, corn on the cob and potatoes.
