Now it blooms!

A bit of a slow day today.
Braved the golf course this morning, a tad wet really, and I would of been better off staying in bed! Then swung past the old house to water the plants and take a first rifle through mum's papers. And blow me if her second orchid isn't flowering - I would have sworn it was an ex-orchid! The other one staged it's own blooming recovery a while ago and is still going strong. Seemingly inspired, the cactus is getting in on the act too but at least that's a fairly regular thing. Maybe they're all just putting on a grand finale?

Just finished off our inter-continental dinner; cauliflower & chicken Thai curry with Bavarian knoedel. Basically just like a big bowl of soup!! Good though.
