Battle of Blankney Fen

The boy had a friend over to play today and they spent most the day outside playing dragon knights courtesy of two bin lids and two canes...who knew!

We went for a nice walk and they chose this mound of soil to stake their claim on. They wolfed down dinner of burgers, new potatoes and sweetcorn, think it was the fresh air!

I made chicken breast stuffed with goats cheese, herbs and wrapped in prosciutto cooked on a bed of courgette lslifes, sweet peppers and vine tomatoes.
