After the rain …...

After several hours of wind and heavy rain there was suddenly a lull this afternoon.  The wind had dropped, the sun was out and it was amazing how quickly the pants and foliage had recovered after this battering. However, there were still some blooms that were quite sodden as were these rhododendron blooms in my neighbour's garden.
