(Not) marathon preparation

I should have been travelling down to London -again- today ready for the marathon tomorrow, but for a few reasons didn't.

Instead I met up with Rich, Stace & Sarah to have a couple of pints and to watch the marathon and Everton v United game on tv...we opened a bottle of red wine at 4 in the morning.
