Just for me?!?

Our train home wasn't until 3 o'clock so we had a bit of a touristy wander around. We found ourselves strolling up the Mall wondering why it seemed to be closed to traffic. As we got further on towards Buckingham Palace we saw this marching band coming towards us...I'm still not entirely sure why.
