50s Jubilee fun

Headed down to the Hepworth Gallery this afternoon - have to say I wasn't very enthusiastic when they said it was being built, and when I saw it going up thought it was a bit of an eyesore but it's grown on me.

What I can say is that they make an effort to offer something for everyone and we had another great afternoon down there. There were pop up tea rooms (extortionate prices I have to say), 50s music, arts and crafts for the kids, 50s hair and make up makeovers and some sports stuff too. Lottie loved listening to the music and while this isn't my best pic of the day it shows how much fun she had dancing!
