R is for

Rhubarb, a specialist interest of mine and it looks like another bumper crop just about ready in the garden. Rhubarb muffins, crumbles, and jam on the way.

R is also for rheumatoid arthritis which needs as much awareness as possible - another coffee morning will be hosted later in the year - watch this space.

R is also for Rio Ferdinand and his family and their sad bereavement. Just reminds us all that fame and fortune aren't every thing.

Also heard a passing comment on the tv to a Royal baby being born.
