Porty People and Places

Another cold day - with a windchill of only 5 degrees.

A lovely long walk around Newhailes with H followed by a long leisurely lunch.

We used up the last of our winter fuel on the stove this evening - hoping that the warmer weather, forecast from tomorrow, heralds the start of more summery conditions. 

The long light days are a clear reminder that the spring is marching  on but the old adage of nae casting cloots til May is oot  still has a truthful ring to it!
