I've had quite enough of this staying in for 3 days, resting the elephant ankle nonsense, but it is feeling a lot better now, so might venture out of the house tomorrow for a walk to 'test it out'!

The furthest I've been is the garden today (but not near the bluebells and not quite as brave as Beewriter on World Naked Gardening Day!) and saw this little carnation in bloom.  I see it has a cheeky, creepy crawly visitor too.
