Celebrate

I went to parkrun today and the run director did a lovely speech and I was awarded sweatshop runner of the month!

I was really touched and my eyes pricked a bit with tears. It is a real honour and I get a free pair of running trainers!

It has been a quiet but lovely day after that. Baking, watching films and now I am having a bottle of cider.
