Ne'er cast a clout....

I know this is not botanically correct but it's the nearest thing in my garden to "the may!" I've had a couple of days without blipping. Life has just been too hectic and little time to be inspired. I can't believe that it's May already. This year has flown. And what a cold May Day it has been. Bright, yes, but the temperature was pushed to get into double figures and the forecast for tonight is frost. Hubby and I are off to folk club tonight and briefly considered walking home along the old railway line, but with that forecast decided against it. So no Friday gin for me tonight as I'm the driver!
