Australasian Harrier Hawk

Beautiful day in ChCh today and none better for this flying Australiasian Harrier Hawk - giving me the once over - I find when I see one coming in the distance I crouch down and try and get in the shade - They have the most wonderful eyesight and they dont like my glasses either -
Good eyesight enables these guys to survive - they can spot their prey a mile high !!
