Surprise treat

Yesterday we were lucky enough to be given a free cauliflower.
Tonight we dine on cauliflower cheese.
Why has it been years since I made this? Very remiss.

Spent the afternoon tending the 'spin for a bear' stall at the school fair. My back doth protest. Fun though.
