Chocolate Brownie

Another busy day rushing around trying to fit everything in. I just wish I knew where the time went. I think the answer is probably that I'm slowing down and everything takes a lot longer. I just don't want to admit.

A lot of the day was spent cooking as it's the first Saturday of the month tomorrow and I was making dairy and gluten free cakes for 'coffee & cake' at Church tomorrow. I've made a lemon cake and rocky road. These Chocolate Brownies were so easy to make and no baking required.
