Left early to pick up the caravan...via shops and Monday school to collect bits....met loads of traffic before we even got to caravan storage.....brilliant trip down to Canterbury although we were followed on motorway by the police for 5 miles. Then we pulled off and then another one followed us....we do guilt so well...What have we done? They think we are smuggling!!!. He overtook and signalled to us to pull over...Panic...our new connection wire had broken and we had no lights....so it was wait in layby for hours for rescue van....no...the police offered to escort us the last 10 miles to the site!!! They even checked out on internet where we could get it mended.
