May Day

Not an over-bright day, but as the song says:
Good morning Lords and Ladies, it is the first of May
We hope you'll view our garland in all its bright array

Well this is my garland for Flower Friday (hosted by lovely BikerBear, thanks BB) collected this morning from the edge of a footpath down by the river.  Here are:

bluebells
cow parsley/chervil (I'm not good at the white umbellifers)
white dead nettle
yellow rattle
comfrey
mustard rocket
dandelion
2 kind of grasses
blackthorn, rather gone over
cowslips

Not much else to report.  Hope your day went well.  Looks like we may be in for a wet weekend - hey ho!  xx
