Royal Observatory

There's a nice steep hill to the observatory up Blackford Hill, Edinburgh, so it's good to cycle up for a bit of a leg stretch trying to beat my time on strava and there's a great view of the city.

I think the observatory has open nights on Fridays. Beautiful copper roof I thought.

Anyway I'm off to enjoy the rest of this day off. Happy Friday.
