Another port, another frigate

Found docked at Poole's commercial quay, camouflaged among the cranes and shipyards.  Presumably taking on cannon balls, ships biscuits and weevils.

Or could this simply be the superstructure of one of Russia's elusive nuclear submarines??  Plenty of conspiracy theories abound.....
