Meet Tily :)

Hello guys hope your all well. Im ok and still on my healthy living and feeling good. This is my friends granddaughter Tily she is one bundle of fun and energy I was taking a nap when they called unexpectedly, now thats what I call a wake up call! they brought me some lovely roses so that was nice and as we speak there sat in a mug while Dave gets the vase down for me. my mood has pretty good today so thats a bonus obviously the walking is helping boost my endorphins :) just hope I can keep it up.


(Other news) Fia is still in hospital they said she could come home twice yesterday but changed there minds! will keep you informed.
