Mama Bushtit Removes Waste From Nest

I visited the bushtit nest today, hoping to see that they had left, but both mom and dad were busy feeding them an array of larva and spiders. After the food was delivered the parents most always left with fecal pellets from the offspring, keeping the next tidy.  The feeding is non-stop...the parents were busy the entire time I was there.  Here we see the female with the lighter eyes, and the male has darker eyes.
