There unfortunately was not a happy ending to this scene. I spotted this bird struggling and yelled out to two groups of adults to try and see if we could save this bird. There were five of us standing there not knowing what to do. There are signs by this body of water telling people to stay out because the water is not clean. I still don't feel right about what happened.

This bear figured out how to save a bird, but five adult humans couldn't do the same. I am embarrassed.
