Strawberry Flower

Not going into work today as I have a load of Parish work to do plus a lunchtime visit to Sarah and Alice.  

Day started dull and I walked to the allotment with Ted, it's be very cold but the strawberry flowers are beginning to open.  The frost had killed some tomato and marigold seedlings in the greenhouse!

We walked towards Apsley Manor Farm and at the furthest point of our walk the heavens opened......soggy Ted and soggy Me!  Home for a shower before heading out to lunch then back to pick up David, Lisa and Jonathan so they could catch a train to London  to see Toby singing at the Albert Hall...wow!

Back home and then out to meet Sarah, Steve and Jenna for a pub meal.......busy and lovely day :)  Feeling very blessed.
