Made it out of the house today to local study group.  Lovely to see people, but still the need to be driven here and there is hard to accept.

Managed to get fitted in at the hairdressers for a trim.  Normally go for a hair cut every 6 weeks so 12 weeks it was getting out of hand!

So I'm feeling "lighter" for the trim.

It was great to have a little independence as I managed to sneak in a wee walk round to the bank before my friend came to pick me up.  Such a simple thing, but a boost.
