Jubilee family festival

I got a call at lunch time from the Sunday Times News Picture Desk with a request to go down and photograph this event. It's in Hyde Park which is just down the road from me. My brief was to photograph families having fun, waving flags etc.

I love this little fellow but decided he was more Guardian than ST, so he didn't make the edit. Too good not to include as a picture of the day, however.
