Edifice

This edifice (I couldn't think of a different description) lies in the grounds surrounding the National Palace of Culture in Sofia. I was told that it replaced a former Soviet style memorial. The wire fencing surrounding it is broken and the base is covered in graffiti. Despite my harsh opinion of it ... I had to blip it
