Modernist influences

I was at a writing workshop all day but just had time to catch a blip of the Esglesia Sant Roma. This is quite a startling building, built in the 16th century but with several later additions. The part I've photographed was added in the 20th century and is in the Modernist style, funded by indianos (local people who made their fortunes in America and returned to endow their home towns).
