Final stages

Same pink tulip I've bloomed before...but it's even more on it's way out now and I wanted to do a few more things with it:)   the extra image is of this one even closer up.

Took Big R to the airport....after we had breakfast out which is a rarity, but I know he loves that so a good send off for him.  He's safely in Ohio with my younger brother and they'll go to NYC Friday for their Sunday ride through five boroughs!   Should be fun for them. Then he will spend time with his Pa. family and elderly parents which is a good thing too.

I didn't do much today....went to a plant sale and the Y--but later than my usual time and biking instead of swimming.  Did manage to get the hooligans out for a bit too.  More going on for me tomorrow so I must plan that early am swim to rev my system back into full gear:)
