A Spring Sunner

Shelley invited me over to kayak,
I was sitting on my rump.
Along the shore, and into the cove...
I spotted this turtle on a stump.

Hats were on, and we were sun-screened up,
with our cameras loaded in boxes.
The lake was calm, the silence golden,
but we didn't see the foxes! ;0(

Still fun.
