A day of songwriting and family.
Z had a difficult situation with a friend at school today who needed help, He coped very well and we are all very proud of him. Hopefully the authorities will step in to help the person more now that his problems have come to a head.

Z and I went to Tescos together and I took this picture on our way there.

I had a lovely long walk with Emma and Belle this morning.
