Coldplay at the Emirates

F and I went to see Coldplay on the first of their three London gigs on their Mylo Xyloto tour. It was kind of them to hold it in a venue no more than 3 minutes from my house. The gig was great fun, with plenty of giant confetti, flashing wristbands, laser lights and huge bouncing space-hopper style balls everywhere, along with most of the Coldplay favourites on the set list. I was totally exhausted by the end, in spite of not bouncing around as much as everyone else, but I guess I am not out of the woods yet in terms of convalescence. Back to sitting on the sofa...
