Sunset over Cardigan Bay

Woke to beautiful sunshine, up dressed and packed up the VW and set off for Shell Island.
I took the new car really just to get a feel for it, and I've decided that I really don't like it. It's got no poke. Lots of narrow roads en route and I struggled with judging the width of the damn thing and spent a lot of time white lining.

Got to the island and got ourselves sorted out, we chose a spec right at the top of a field that was near to the cliff edge and this looked out to sea, we could see Harlech Castle and the far shore of Criccith. I love to see the sea. For tea we had chips and curry and pumpkin soup

There was a wonderful sunset tonight and it was great to walk along the shore with the dogs.

Later in the evening we went up to big marquee's that had been set up for the Halloween disco, lots of people had really made an effort and dressed up, we had a great night.
