Lunch in the Shade

Arriving today at the Monasteria de Santa Eulalia in time for lunch, I peered down from our balcony to see this group of visiting schoolchildren forming a circle in the shade to eat theirs. I wonder if they are taught the full graphic horror of what became of poor 13-year-old Eulalia who was horribly tortured, crucified and beheaded by the Romans for refusing to denounce her Christian belief. Nice folk those Romans, eh?

Will finally get to the apartment tomorrow.
