Thank you Fitbit, Don't think I've ever been told I'm an over achiever before! Definately being more proactive about walking and getting out for a run each morning, and realising I don't drink quite as much water as I thought I did (the fitbit app allows you to log water consumption and keep an eye on calories by logging all the food you eat)

I'm at a seminar tomorrow so guessing I'll struggle to reach my target of 10,000 steps tomorrow unless I make time for a walk at teatime.
