A good day in the kitchen....

We are off on a jolly and it's normal to make a few foody things, the Hymer has a small freezer. Ready to go is a bolagnaisse sauce and beef curry and John likes cheese scones particularly if made with Mull Cheddar, they go down well when parked up for elevenses. Also some bread, a couple trays of my version of a pizza, and a honey based flapjack. The tray of small bites is for this evening to go with a drink with our neighbours, I will add to this later.

The morning started well and stayed that way, John helped early on before rejuvenating the Citroen Berlingo with a wash, polish, vacuum and fitting new seat covers. Not the best we have bought although I have to say they arrived the day after ordering on the Internet, excellent!
