I probably have to pay Mel Gibson copyright now...

Homeward bound, booooo!
We headed home via another castle, this time Stirling castle. From the castle you get great view across the valley to the Wallace Monument. Judging by the pictures in Stirling castle, William Wallace actually looked nothing like Mel Gibson, damn you Hollywood!


After the first few days in Edinburgh I had no internet connection, hence a bit of backblipping:

Sat 26th Arrived in Edinburgh
Sun 27th Died, well ran the marathon, all 26.2 miles of it.
Mon 28th Royal Mile, Edinburgh castle, Camera Obscura, National Gallery, lost my sunglasses, The Real Mary King's Close, Greyfriars Bobby.
Tue 29th Found my sunglasses, Surgeons' Hall Museum, Edinburgh Zoo, Lundin Links.
Wed 30th Scotland's Secret Bunker, St Andrews cathedral, castle, & old course.
Thu 31st Lazy morning, Loch Leven, Fife costal tourist route (wow), Ravenscraig castle.
Fri 1st Stirling castle and home...
