UFO landing?

This must be the most boring photo I have ever published!! Having a coffee ( what else) while waiting for Seniornet to start( doing an internet safety course!). This is across the street. Artwork, not sure what, how and why but it occupies a piece of the park. Perhaps our Chch expert JMK could help out here?!
