A safe retreat from the dogs...

Three bouncing balls of energetic furs in the garden sometimes have the birds a little concerned, but I've noticed a particular pair of kookaburras have discovered a safe retreat from harm's way, yet close enough to keep watch on the food situation.

I'm dreadfully behind on both adding blips to my own journal and also commenting, but will try to visit more journals this week. The Wanaka and NZ photos of the Big Blipmeet are fabulous! And a reminder of what this wonderful site ends up being all about ~ the friendships. :)
