Busy day and really tired.

Starting to look at care homes. Horrible.

Had a meltdown earlier a bad one.

Can't forgive myself for shouting at pops weeks ago when it wasn't his fault but this bloody awful Lewy bodies that's taken over him.
This Illness is so cruel like many others.

Good thing that happened today -

Pops wasn't too bad.
